The General Radio 1203-B Unit Power Supply was introduced in Catalog O (1956) and remained available through Catalog S (1965). It is a general-purpose unit type power supply, an updated version of the 1203-A with improved high-voltage filtering and a case redesign that moved the fuse holders to the front panel.

There are separate versions for 105-125 V / 210-250 V line voltage. The 300 V output is unregulated, as is the filament supply. Both power supplies are isolated from ground.

With its five-pin power connector located on the right side panel, the 1203-B is compatible with most unit instruments.

Specifications

  • Outputs
  • High Voltage: 300 VDC at 50 mA
  • Filament Voltage: 6.3 VAC at 3 A (unregulated)
